Corrections
If we got a specification wrong, cited a figure that no longer applies, or made a claim our testing does not actually support, tell us. Include the article URL and the specific statement. Corrections are published with a note where the change is material — we would rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
Questions about our methodology
If you want to know how a particular product was tested, what instrument was used, over what period, or under what conditions, ask. We are happy to explain how a conclusion was reached.
Product suggestions
Found something we should test? Send the brand and model. We cannot promise to cover everything, and we buy our own test units, so we work through suggestions at our own pace.
Reader experience with a product we recommended
If a product we ranked highly failed for you, we want to know. Reader reports often catch failures that only appear after our testing window ends, and they feed directly into article updates.
What we do not do
- Paid placements and sponsored posts. We do not sell rankings, reviews, or links. Requests of this kind will not receive a reply.
- Link insertion requests. We do not add affiliate or guest links to existing articles.
- Guest posts written by others. Everything published here is written in-house.
- Free product offers in exchange for coverage. Coverage is not for sale, and we buy what we test.
- Personal gardening advice for specific properties. We are happy to point you to the relevant article, but we cannot diagnose your individual site by email.
